The paper introduces the existing problems of traditional librarians and the environmental changes in nowadays, describes the new orientation and remodeling of librarians under the changing environment, namely, taking the cloud librarian, embedded librarian and data librarian as development direction. At the same time, the vocational ethics and the professional ability of librarians need to be improved, the long-term training mechanism should be constructed.
