The paper introduces the development status of media literacy education both at home and abroad, analyzes the existing problems and the advantages of college and university libraries to conduct media literacy education, including resource, technology, personnel and enviroment advantages. It then puts forward a feasible way for the media literacy education and the corresponding method for college and university libraries.
