Two aspects from technical points and business theory are used in the paper to introduce the research and application status of hospital decision-making support system in China. Based on that strategic measures to improve the system are proposed, including constructing unique data center and unified data standards, evaluating the date quality, performing correct data analysis, differentiated services for different users, improving data expression methods, etc.
