The paper introduces the design and development of intelligent reporting system for infectious disease and death surveillance to achieve the data exchange between hospital information systems(HIS) and Chinese disease control and prevention system. Based on introducing system construction idea, it concretely elaborates its design and realization, including the principle of system framework, client process, report card process and network structure. The practices show that this system could realize examination for the whole process and quality control management.
