The paper introduces the management status of emergency public health events both in China and abroad, points out that Chinese public health emergency response platform is in the growth stage and many problems are existed. It carries out theoretical analysis on virtual platform system construction from the aspects of demands and contents, the construction model is put forward from the aspects of data collection, data analysis and decision making, the future development direction is prospected in the end.
