The paper introduces the interface issue between health insurance system and hospital system as well as the problems existed in current settlement method, depictes the computer allocation for accounting departments in hospitals. Detailed explanation of how to optimize settlement procedure by remote connection is included in the paper as setting up shared files, double card access to internet, multi-user connection, cross-net printing, etc. The application effect is also analyzed in the paper.
