Targeting the problems existed in low-value consumables management issues, one solution to construct low-value consumables classificaiton management based on HRP is implemented. The paper elaborates the basic database construction and operation flow, its advantages are also summarized. The result reveals that new management plan is positive in optimizing low-value consumables management process such as apply for approval, purchasing, inbound and outbound process, the management could be more scientific and efficient.
