The paper analyzes the literatures about translational medical informatics collected from PubMed using biclustering method, classifies the keywords into 7 parts according to actual effect and generates visualization graph. It reveals the subject hotspots, so as to grasp the international translational medical informatics research model and contents through bibliometric analysis，provide references for domestic research.
