According to the problems existed in current Hospital Information System (HIS), the paper designs and develops the patient-oriented information management system based on B/S structure. It introduces the development tool, expounds the system analysis and design process, elaborates the realization method. The practical application shows this system can give full play to the patient information management function, accelerate patient data entry, reduce patient risk and cost of treatment.
