Based on the analysis of clinical and scientific demands, the paper designs and constructs a Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD) registration system with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics. It introduces the design idea, including function, business process, software platform and so on, elaborates system realization process, including data entry, follow-up management, data analysis as well as quality control. This system could meet various demands, providing an information tool for CKD registration.
