The paper introduces the importance of hospital portal platform with detailed design and realization. Based on the requirements analysis of medical staffs, management staffs and patients, hardware and software frameworks are designed combining with the practices in Xi′an Mental Health Center. At last the construction experiences are summarized, so as to provide references for the peers.
