The paper overviews the process of intelligence theory development, taking Chinese Academic Journals in CNKI as data resources, it generates quantitative analysis on intelligence theory related literatures, sorts out the interactive relationship between intelligence and knowledge management, including the inner link and difference, the impact of knowledge management to intelligence science, etc. Based on previous description, the challenges to intelligence science under knowledge management perspective are discussed, it also points out that we should seize the opportunity and promote the development of intelligence science.
