According to the "2012 Chinese cancer registration report " , lung cancer has become a malignant tumor incidence and mortality of the Chinese first disease. The development of the health knowledge system brooks no delay. The paper firstly introduces the main frame of the knowledge system, then divides it into three parts, namely, lung cancer knowledge display subsystem, lung cancer patients dishes selection subsystem, data storage and update subsystem, displays the corresponding knowledge structure, concrete functions and application examples, finally three characteristics of the system are summarized.
