The paper introduces the concepts of adverse drug reaction and social network respectively, based on the above it analyzes the feasibility of adverse drug reaction monitoring by social network and puts forward the model, including data set organization and pretreatment, patients identification and their information release status, adverse drug reaction information classification, etc.
