The paper starts with the significance and current situation of library in hospital research work, puts forward approaches to enhance library self-construction including strengthening environment and information database construction, promoting librarians′ comprehensive quality and their service awareness, enhancing literature resources construction, improving scientific research support function and so on, aiming to provide better services for clinical research and teaching and increasing their own values.
