Based on Chongqing regional health information platform and body domain network, a disease prevention, grading collaboration system for regional mobile medical health service is proposed in the paper. It concretely introduces the two level regional health information platform construction, database design, medical health monitoring center and its terminal design status. This system could increase the utilization ratio of medical resources and accessibility of high quality resources.
