Utilizing literature review, expert consultation method and combining the actual situation in Henan province，the paper constructs evaluation index system for the emergency response capability of digital command and treatment platform, including six dimensions and nineteen secondary indicators. The weight of indicators are determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）. Meanwhile, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used in the evaluation and the method for capacity evaluation is raised, case analysis is also put forward, which provide directions for the improvement of emergency response capacity of digital command and treatment platform.
