Aiming at the poor situation of medical experience in domestic hospital ward, a new service pattern that deploying multimedia service system in intelligent ward is proposed to improve the service level in hospital ward. This new service pattern is elaborated from core technologies, architecture, functions and application effects. The practices prove that this new application could reduce workload of clinical services and improve the experience of patients.
