Using the Science Citation Index (SCI) database as resource, literatures on occupational health are collected to analyze the development status of this topic in recent 10 years from following aspects: the amount of literatures, country distribution, the literature status published by Chinese authors, the main research field, etc. The result shows that there is still a big gap of overall power compared to developed countries. Big investment and research in occupational health should be made for promoting general health quality for professionals.
