Taking VIP database, Wanfang Data, CNKI and CBM as data sources, the paper carries out bibliometric analysis on domestic drug patent literatures from the aspects of publication years, regions distribution, core authors and their constitution, cooperation status, core research institutions, etc. The result shows that domestic drug patent research is not thorough, the cooperation ratio is low, the regional development is uneven. We should strengthen Cooperation among different regions and authors， pay attention to scientific communication.
