Based on introducing the connotation of evidence-based medicine and evidence-based medicine information services, the paper elaborates the basic conditions of medical libraries carrying out evidence-based medicine information services, including the demands of service object, evidence-based medicine information resources and quality of librarians. It also summarizes the service process, analyzes the deficiency according to the current status and puts forward concrete improvement strategies.
