Taking Zhongshan City People′s Hospital as an example, the paper introduces the processes and methods of exporting electronic medical records from online system, generating independent medical record documentation package, as well as storing and reading, concretely including the aspects of virtual print for the report, digitalized scanning for paper records, hierarchical storage and so on, in order to realize long-term, safe storage and access management of electronic medical records.
