According to the problems existed in current appointment making, combining with patients' demands and informatization development status, the paper introduces the planning of a unified reservation treatment platform based on residents health card authentication, elaborates the design and realization of making an appointment application program for mobile telephone based on this platform, including overall design, function design, technical realization and system evaluation, etc.
