The paper discusses the importance and feasibility of constructing nursing scientific data service platform. Based on Dublin Core metadata and combined with the generation and application characteristics of nursing scientific data, it constructs simple nursing core metadata standard and designs the framework of service platform, including system portal layer, system service layer, data resource layer, physical layer, etc.
