The paper analyzes the situation and demand of current information system in military hospital, puts forward an integrating security solution based on the electronic certification service application. It concretely introduces the system constitution, architecture and network construction status, points out that the system could provide services including identity authentication, digital signature, timestamp, data encryption, electronic signature and certificate management, etc.
