In order to improve the service quality of health consultation websites, the paper carries out questionnaire investigation on the users from 3 aspects: internet utilization status, health information demands and the factors which influence health information demand. The results are analyzed and improving suggestions are put forward, providing references for domestic health consultation websites construction.
