The paper introduces the services for submitting to SCI journals in library of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University, summarizes the data about accepted papers during the past 6 years, then carries out bibliometric analysis from the following aspects: journals which are easy for publication, impact factors, ranking of Chinese authors, fund situation, countries and continents distribution of the journals, etc. Submission and publication laws for SCI journals are preliminary summarized.
