The paper introduces the modes of cataloging outsourcing and analyzes the existing problems. Taking Capital Medical University as an example, it discusses the concrete ways of supervision and management in outsourcing process from two aspects: organization and coordination for booksellers, quality control for cataloging data. The workflow of library cataloging outsourcing is put forward under multi-bookseller environment.
