The paper introduces how to develop medical instrument management information system without programming from the aspects of system architecture, overall structure, system function, safety design, system implementation, user management and system distribution. Through VisualNet platform, this system could realize visualization management of complex equipment system without programming for users, when the demand changes, the users could update the information by themselves.
