Taking Yishui Central Hospital in Linyi as an example, the paper elaborates informatization design method and operation process of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS), focusing on the introduction of function modules. It points out that information management system is the basis of PIVAS, formulating management system and standardized operation procedures is the premise of the work.
