Based on analyzing the problems existing in update mechanism of residents electronic health records, the paper puts forward reasonable and effective residents electronic health records update mode, advocating the construction of cloud center for data sharing at provincial and municipal level, so as to realize interconnection of residents electronic health records at the provincial level.
