The paper analyzes the advantages of hospital library assisting scientific research management, taking Guangzhou First People′s Hospital Library as an example, it introduces the practice of library assisting scientific management and proposes development goals. The hospital library should not only provide service for scientific research personnel, but also support scientific research management actively, so as to improve management performance, realize sustainable development of hospital.
