The paper clarifies the connotation of information literacy and experiences in information literacy training for medical staffs at home and abroad. Taking Library of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital as an example, it proposes the practice mode of the hospital library to improve medical staffs′ information literacy, namely, publicity, training, coaching and assessment through a variety of ways. The effectiveness of the model is verified through specific intervention at last.
