The paper introduces the connotation of information literacy，expounds the necessity of enhancing information literacy of librarians in medical college and university under big data background. Taking Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University as an example, it discusses information literacy status of librarians and existing problems, puts forward the strategies, namely, establishing information consciousness, strengthening team construction, cultivating information ethics, carrying out cooperation and sharing, etc.
