The paper elaborates the importance of mobile-phone network(MPN) in health promotion, compares MPN utilization status in health promotion work at home and abroad, analyzes the problems of MPN in health promotion work. Based on consideration, advices are put forward including idea transformation, top-level design, multi-dimentional coorperation, technology innovation, etc.
