The paper introduces the content and function of MedlinePlus information service, analyzes the characteristics, meanwhile, it points out the enlightenment to health network information service and transmission in China by referring to successful cases in popularizing science education both in China and abroad, including enhancement in the authority of information source, the utilization of digital game-based learning patterns, enrichment in multimedia information resources, development of health education-related APP, etc.
