The paper elaborates cross-regional remote consultation platform construction in Xinjiang Karamay, introduces system architecture of the platform. Through external introduction of high level medical resources and internal connection with surrounding medical institution, we can realize remote consultation among hospitals and departments, remote medication of traditional Chinese medicine, remote diagnosis and so on, so as to improve service ability of medical institutions effectively and save the cost.
