Using data mining technology based on association rules, the paper carries out data mining analysis on electronic medical records in Guangzhou 999 hospital. It selects hospital medical records of epilepsy randomly, tries to find out the causes of epilepsy. The result shows that we can get effective causes using Apriori algorithm, which is a classical association rule, so as to provide help for clinical diagnosis and scientific research, make full use of the data.
