The paper introduces the definition of crossover development, discusses the contents of library crossover development, the construction aspect includes external buildings, internal construction, the service aspect includes new experience brought by intelligent technology, community culture and entertainment center, cross-agency and cross-domain collaborative service, etc. The combination of knowledge service and environment service is the future development direction of the library.
