Taking outpatients in Shantou Central Hospital as investigation objects, the paper investigates the requirements and satisfaction status of outpatients and their families through questionnaires. Based on the above and combined with the actual status of hospital library, corresponding health education towards outpatients and their families are carried out, the significance and advices of this work are elaborated at last.
