In view of the problems existed in Electronic Medical Records(EMR) system in hospital informatization construction, namely, information islands, low security, low efficiency, incomplete quality control, unstructured data storage and so on， improvement strategies are put forward: integrating original system, defining the authority and procedures, constructing knowledge base, improving quality control, realizing structured storage and so on, so as to improve the efficiency and quality of clinical medication, meet the needs of hospital for electronic medical records analysis and scientific research.
