Taking the regional maternal and child health care information system running on hospital information system as an example, the system is decomposed into 4 subsystems including family planning service, maternal health care, prenatal screening and diagnosis, medical proof of birth issuing subsystem. The user requirements are analyzed and the use case diagrams are put forward, hoping to provide references for other regional informatization projects.
