Using bibliometric analysis and visualization methods, the paper analyzes international acupuncture and moxibustion literatures cited in SCIE of Web of Science from 1970-2013,from the following aspects: the distribution of publication years, countries, journals, funding agencies and keywords, discusses the research hotspots in this field, so as to provide references for related researchers.
