The paper analyzes the necessity of public health information security in big data era, points out the main problems of public health information security in China, including network security, data security and information security, etc. Based on the above it puts forward corresponding strategies, including top-level design, information security classification, important data backup, perfecting public health information exchange mechanism, etc.
