The paper elaborates the necessity of Subject Information Commons(SIC) in medial college and university library as well as its service concept, explores the strategies of SIC services, including striving for support and investment from college or university, co-construction and sharing among multiple departments, enriching service contents and developing medical characteristic service, etc.
