The paper analyzes the facing dilemma of Electronic Medical Records(EMR) management, elaborates the core ideas of cloud computing, puts forward that modern hospitals should utilize the technological advantages of cloud computing to improve the management level of EMR. It concretely introduces the application countermeasures of cloud computing in EMR management, including integrated management concept, data integration, management system construction and data security protection, etc.
