Taking leibo county in Sichuan province as an example, the paper introduces the particularity of medical informatization construction in ethnic minority areas, evaluates people′s awareness and acceptance status for medical informatization construction, analyzes the main problems which affecting medical informatization construction in ethnic minority areas, based on the above countermeasures and advices are put forward, namely, raising funds from multiple sources, strengthening talents construction, improving the attention of the government, closing to the users′ demands.
