Based on analyzing the current status of hospital library information service, the paper introduces the countermeasures of library improving information service level through hospital network information system in the 451st Hospital of PLA, including systematic and integrated one-stop service, library automatic management, medical information report, public information service, instant messaging service, information communication and interaction, literature delivery service, etc.
