By using 3D virtual reality technology, taking Director as operation platform, the paper constructs a 3D teaching space in medical multimedia courseware, introduces its technology pathway, elaborates key technologies from the aspects of virtual reality 3D scene construction, medical scene integration and roaming. Comparison shows that 3D medical multimedia courseware has more expressive and visual impact. Its safety and stability is excellent as well.
