Relying on University-town Hospital of Chonqqing Medical University and based on "regional medical collaboration platform" project, the paper elaborates the architecture design, business mode design and process realization of regional medical and health information platform of regional bank-hospital mode. Patients could go to many hospitals with various medical cards, so as to optimize the process and provide facilities for the patients.
